Delivery & Returns

Orders placed online are prepared to ship within 24 hours and shipped same-day if placed before 12pm (excluding weekends and public French holidays).

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail once their order has shipped, and may track the status of their delivery with the information provided. Delivery timeframes are given as an indication, as Flying Fish cannot be held responsible for any potential delays due to third-party transport partners. Such delays are unfortunately out of our control.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Have you received your order but one or more items just aren't doing it for you? Under certain conditions, orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery (30 days for international orders). We are not able to provide exchanges; if you require a different size, we suggest you to return your item(s) to us and place a new order. The returned items must not have been be worn, washed, altered, damaged, or perfumed, and should be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition to be resold.

Important: Swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic purposes unless the item has never been taken out of its original packaging.

 

RETURNS

 

Simply send a brief email to hello@flyingfish.store with your order details, and our customer care team will generate a return slip for you. 

We do not generate return slips for customers located outside the European Union, returns are at the customers expense.

 

SHIPPING RATES:

Standard Delivery in France:

Colissimo Standard requiring proof of signature, delivered within 3–4 days after dispatch (Metropolitan France and Corsica, excluding DOM TOM): 7 euros, VAT included.

In case you are not at the delivery location you have provided us when placing your order, the package may be delivered to your local post office or a pick-up point, as indicated on the delivery notice provided by the transport courrier.

Express Delivery in France:

Colissimo Express requiring proof of signature, delivered within 1–2 days after dispatch (Metropolitan France, excluding both Corsica and DOM TOM): 15 euros, VAT included.

In case you are not at the delivery location you have provided us when placing your order, the package may be delivered to your local post office or a pick-up point, as indicated on the delivery notice provided by the transport courrier.

Delivery within the European Union and international shipping:

Chronopost Express delivery within 1–2 days once dispatched: shipping costs vary per country (see below)

N.B. With Brexit in effect, customs duties policy has changed for shipping to the UK. For deliveries exceeding £135 in value, customs fees will be collected at import/delivery to the customer. This will also apply when the purchased goods are not made in the UK or the EU.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs and duty fees may apply; if so, these are entirely the customer’s responsibility. The Flying Fish customer service team is incapable of providing the approximate amount of duty fees you are liable for as this information differs per country.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund after my package is returned?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after your returned item(s) have been receipted and deemed in proper condition. You will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order. You will also receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your item(s) and their corresponding refund.

 

How should I proceed if the item I purchased has a defect?
